Foundations is a Permaculture Design Course (PDC) kickstarted by three non-profit organizations: Quinta Das Relvas (Portugal), Kora (Italy), and Onestin (Romania). The course is held by long-time adventurers Lucy Legan and Andrè Soares (Planet Schooling / Ecocentro IPEC), and developed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
